Pilates Classes

Classes are easy to follow with clear instructions and demonstrations to ensure each exercise can be performed by engaging the core muscles that support the spine to keep you strong and healthy. I also make every effort to make all of this enjoyable! Whilst the exercises are fun, they must challenge mentally and physically. Pilates requires you to use your mind to access certain muscle groups – truly a mind-body connection.

I use a variety of small equipment such as bands, balls and rolls in my classes to ensure an interesting and challenging session. All the pilates classes I teach incorporate yoga-based stretch exercises to not only work on your core strength but also on your flexibility.

Group classes

I run weekly (term-time) mixed-level pilates mat work classes in Woking and the local area. The classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Over 50s in particular are very welcome. I also run chair pilates classes if you are not able to participate in mat-based sessions.

You can pay for attending pilates classes in two ways:

  • Pay as you go at the published rate which entitles you to attend that single class
  • Pay a block/discount fee at the published rate which entitles you to attend each class during the relevant term

Please note that block session discount is only applicable when you pay the total block for the term in advance.

If you cannot attend a class, please contact me and I will try to place you in another convenient class. However, once the block session fee is paid and booked for a term, no refund or deduction can be given.

Private Tuition

Private 1 to 1 tuition from £45*
Groups (max 5) from £40–£60
*Travel expenses will be added for home visits

If you prefer to exercise on your own or with one or two friends to focus on a particular strength of you’re recovering from an injury, then private tuition is recommended.

Private sessions can be held in the comfort of your home or in my clinic in Woking town centre.
